Helpful Reminders



50% down to guarantee wedding date and appointments

Be sure all members of the bridal party have clean and dry hair upon arrival.
Extra fees will be added to shampoo and/or blow dry. If you would like for us to do this PLEASE let us know in advance so we can mark out the proper time.
Extra fees will be added for clip-in extensions (supplied by bride or bridal party member) and extra time needed for application. Please inform during booking process to allow for the extra time.
We ask that the party arrive 10 minutes prior to appointments to assure prompt service
Please remember all accessories (veils, flowers, hair and makeup ideas, etc)
Please wear a button down shirt on the day of the updos
No changes to appointments will be made over the answering machine; you must speak with an individual.
Hair styles that are down will still require use of a flat iron or curling iron and therefore will be charged as an updo.
We do prefer a trial run for the bride, as this will ensure perfection and timing to make sure you stay on time for the rest of your day

Cancellations

We understand that changes to your schedule are a part of the planning process and we will make every effort to accommodate these changes, subject to appointment availability. However, any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will be charged to the credit card associated with this contract. The entire cost of the cancelled service(s) will be placed on the credit card. The remaining amount is due on the day services rendered.



Late arrivals

If a wedding party is more than one hour late without making contact with us, the assumption is the client is a no-show. In this case, the client forfeits all deposits and payments. If a wedding party is late for the scheduled service appointment time and notifies us of a new arrival time, stylists may or may not be able to accommodate the new arrival time. If the scope of the original contract can’t be fulfilled services may be reduced; however clients are liable for the original amount.
